My house for sale!

Any madman ANGEL wanna drop by my flat and purchase it? Hubby & I plan to sell it but its really expensive. We wanna downgrade & the catch is we want to paid fully for our smaller house. No mortgage! That's why we have to sell it at higher price. Anyway, we're not in a rush. Anybody who is willing to buy, asking price is SGD$360K. Last time, when the market booms, the previous owner bought my current house for HALF A MILLION!!

Anybody willing is really, really GOD SENT! If really somebody is buying, I am gonna surrender my soul to GOD! I mean it! Who knows hubby will join me too! Don't get me wrong.. I don't mean killing ourselves huh! It's just that we're going to be nun & monk respectively...something like that.. hope you get what I mean. If not, its too bad..

Now.. here's my house plan.

HDB call it a 5-room Model 'A' . There's 3 bedroom, a balcony, big kitchen, spacious living hall, dining area, 2 baths and of course a storage room. I can't say if my house is a walk in condition but I guess it's not that bad after all. Maybe need some minor changes but still, it depends on your taste of design.
