Just Busy

Lately, I have been bz. Hence, the not so frequent blogging. Sometimes I do miss blogging but when I am now rite here, I fret what to say. Anyway, I am happy that my elder sis is getting a job at Saudi Arabia as a college lecturer. She will be there for 2 years, if she confirms. They really, desperately need manpower as the college is a new college. So I told her that she would be very bz as she would have to start everything from scratch. I wonder how is the system there. I bet she is eager to find out too. I hope she is happy with her newfound job and to get to work there is really a golden opportunity.

Medina is just next to the holy city of Mecca whereby Muslims around the world perform the hajd every year to fulfill one of the five pillars of Islam. I hope the stereotypes out there are willing to aquire knowledge about Islam rather than just link the peaceful religion to terrorism. That is really the ugliest unethical thing one can done to oneself. Doesn't mean you can't read the Quran just because you are not a Muslim. As long as there is knowledge, you can just read about anything. Even I have ever read the bible.

Last week, the National Geographic Channel had aired two hour series about Muhammad, Legacy of the Prophet. I am proud that this channel actually bother about who Muhammad is. They got the facts right & done great discussions & research about him. It is a cool sight rather than the norm typical accuses Muslims received from ignorants.
